Wish you could share your message with a bigger audience?
Welcome! I’m Jill Chivers, owner of this site and creator of the Media Mastery Home Study Program for Entrepreneurs.
I’m here to invite you to imagine what it would be like to catapult your business onto a whole new playing field. A bigger playing field.
You’d love to share your story with a bigger audience and feel confident that you are reaching as many people as you can.
You’d like to rest easy knowing that your big idea was worth the risk in bringing to life because now thousands, if not hundreds of thousands or even millions, of people know that your product or service exists, and you’re helping them find a solution to their problems.
And all this is possible through the opportunities created through appearances on television, on radio or in a newspaper or magazine.
If more people knew about you, your business would be operating on a whole new level – a bigger level.
Right now you may be thinking “I’d love to do that…I have a great idea or a brand new book (or business) or an exciting story that I’d like to share with the world. But I’ll never be able to make it happen!”
You’d love to share your message with a bigger audience but you aren’t sure what the first steps are. Who do you contact? What do you say?
And even if you knew these things, you aren’t even sure your story or big idea is interesting, or newsworthy. Who’d be interested in my story?, you might wonder (the answer to that is, plenty of people, but we’ll get to that in a moment).
You may not even be thinking about media coverage as an opportunity to raise your profile and increase your reach, you may be too busy dealing with the day to day.
You may have already tried lots of things to raise your profile, but none of them are really paying off:
- You’re spending countless hours on social media, posting, tweeting, connecting (all without being spammy or obvious) and whilst your network is growing, you aren’t reaching as many people as your big message deserves (and it’s all taking so much time!)
- You’ve thrown money at advertising, online or off, and watched that money disappear without the handsome result you were hoping for
- You’re writing blogs, newsletters and ezines, and whilst more people now know you, it’s a drop in the ocean when it comes to who you want to know you
- You’re attending networking events morning, noon and night. Even if you’re enjoying these events, it’s a chance to meet only a handful of people at a time – your big idea needs to reach more!
- You’ve presented your ideas as a speaker on the stage, and while dozens more (or hundreds, if you’re lucky) now know about you, you know there’s a bigger stage that you can command
The truth is you can share your message with a much bigger audience in a very short period of time.
An appearance on television, radio or in print is an awesome way to reach thousands (if not hundreds of thousands or millions) of people, in a few minutes or paragraphs.
Over the last couple of years, I’ve appeared in over 40 media stories. If I had to pay for the exposure of all this media, added up it would have cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. And I attracted this media without spending a cent on a publicist. My appearances have been on television, on radio and in print, and I’ve appeared in media in Australia, New Zealand and the United States.
If I can do this – without any background in PR or media, and on a shoestring – then this is very doable for anyone. I’m going to show you how I did it, and how you can, too.
Here is what I have learned through my media journey
There’s a system – strategies and secrets – for attracting free media. I’ve worked out what those strategies and secrets are.
There’s a key for maintaining media attention– having more than a “one shot deal”. I’ve worked out what this key is.
There’s a process – certain steps – to attracting free media. There are three key phases for attracting free media (and maintaining that attention), and I’ve worked out what that process is, and what the steps within each phase are.
What I’ve noticed in other programs about how to get free publicity is that they focus on one of the things above, but not all of them. They might focus on the first phase of free media, but not all three. They might show you how to attract one piece of media, but not how to maintain that attention.
In the programs that I offer, our collective focus is on the end-to-end process of attracting, and maintaining, media attention.
My other point of difference is I’ve done this for myself – this isn’t theory. I’m a person in business – just like you – who’s cracked the code. And I’m delighted to let you into the inner sanctum.

If you have a big idea or an important message you want to share with a huge audience in a short period of time, media is the way to go.
Here I am talking with SHE Business CEO, Suzy Jacobs, about Media Mastery for Entrepreneurs.
Let me show you how
I created this site, and these programs, for you. If I can crack the media code, then you can too.
